4. Return Shipping and Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the goods are defective or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service or one with proof of delivery, as Amatì is not responsible for the loss, damage, or non-delivery of returned packages. 5. Refund Times and Methods Once we receive the package at our facility, our team will verify compliance with the conditions indicated above.

Credit method: The refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the initial purchase (credit card, PayPal, bank transfer, etc.), unless otherwise explicitly indicated by the customer. Actual credit times on the payment instrument may vary depending on the banking circuit or provider.

Negative outcome: In the event that the product appears damaged, used, or lacks its original packaging, the return cannot be accepted. In this case, the product will be sent back to you at your expense.
