Terms and Conditions of Service This document sets out the general terms and conditions of use for the website www.amatipelle.com, which offers leather goods made of genuine leather or other materials (e.g., faux leather, synthetic, fabric), resold by third-party suppliers or manufactured directly by Amatì, provided by the Application owner.
Definitions To ensure a complete understanding and acceptance of these terms and conditions, the following terms, in both singular and plural forms, shall have the meanings indicated below:

Consumer User: an adult natural person who enters into a contract for purposes unrelated to any entrepreneurial, commercial, craft, or professional activity they may perform.

Professional User: an adult natural person or legal entity that enters into a contract for the purpose of, or related to, their entrepreneurial, commercial, craft, or professional activity.

Conditions: this contract which governs the relationship between the Owner and the Users and the sale of Products offered by the Owner through the Application.
Online Dispute Resolution for Consumer Users Consumer Users residing in Europe should be aware that the European Commission has established an online platform that provides an alternative dispute resolution tool. This tool can be used by Consumer Users to resolve any dispute relating to and/or arising from online sales contracts for goods and services out of court. Consequently, Consumer Users can use this platform to resolve any dispute arising from contracts entered into online. The platform is available at the following address: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/
